A total of 177 hectares of exuberant nature, of which 20 hectares are a protected area, due to the rich manglar vegetation. Although transit is permitted, it is strictly forbidden to build anything there or to perform any other activity that disturbs the ecological balance.

Access to electricity is 2 kilometers away ( 1.2 miles). At the moment there aren’t ground phone lines, but the reception for cell phones is good.
The most significant development project in the area, and which gives the land an added value, is the already-approved plan for the construction of an international airport just 4 km ( 2.4 miles) away.

The property is located in a district with a population close to 2,000 inhabitants. The main economic activities are fishing (also for sport), tourism and the growing of cereals and grains such as rice, beans, and corn among others.
Just 20 km ( 12 miles) away, in the town called Palmar Sur, there is the post office and public transport, banks, a hospital, rent-a-car, police station, an airport, and other facilities.
Nearby tourist attractions: Drake Bay, Isla del Caño (Caño Island), Corcovado National Reserve, and the Panama frontier, which is just one hour and a half away by car.
