Our legal advice team, composed by lawyers, will guide you through the legal paperwork. They will certify the conditions of the property you find interesting in order to assure it is free from mortgages, ties, and any other liens.

Likewise, they will keep you informed and documented about the regulating plan, the national laws, and the requirements for the acquisition of properties by foreign citizens.

They will also help you through the procedures at the related offices, so you can fulfill all the necessary steps to legally register the land purchased, and will advice you on the necessary bank operations. Moreover, they will write down the draft of the sale-and-purchase writ and every legal document required.

Our professional team also includes a topographer of well-known high technical competence. He will make the accurate graphic representation of each property, the respective measurements, and the description of slopes, seasonal bodies of water, the presence and location of the most significant vegetation, and any other important characteristic to identify the land. Being experienced, he will competently design for you a scale model of the new construction and of the desired infrastructure; always taking into consideration the indications of the geologist and the topographer. 

Finally, our agronomy engineer will advice you and guide you in the selection of autochthonous plants in order to develop a program of reforestation and the ideal requalification for the land and the surrounding area.
